Software Engineer
As a Globant Employee, I serve my role as a contractor to other parties, from which, I'm capable to grow and add value to. All of the experiences will be under the 'via Globant' suffix.

Software Engineer
As a Software Engineer, I'm responsable for developing, maintaining and monitor one of Autodesk's cloud services entirely, which has as client important business from the IT world. Until now, the most rich in-knowledge experience that I've got in terms of professional maturity.
- Developed strong communication skills by engaging with international clients, conveying complex technical concepts.
- Worked effectively within cross-functional teams, collaborating with developers, product managers, and QA engineers.
- Gained in-depth experience managing the entire product lifecycle and having complete responsability of continuous improvements.

Intelex Technologies via Globant
Software Engineer
As a SWE & DevOps Engineer, I was responsible for recomposing a whole system, migrating it from a monolith applicacion to a micro-services approach, on a multi-tenant architecture. In this experience, I did multiple Dev-Ops works, related to pipelines, infrastructure as code, container registry and Kubernetes maintenance. Moreover, working in multiple languages as Typescript and C# as the most frequently used.
- Managed the full DevOps lifecycle, focusing on automation (CI/CD) pipelines, infrastructure as code using tools like Terraform, containerization with Docker, and orchestrating services with Kubernetes.
- Help through a redesign of a system's architecture, transforming it to a more modern approach. Designed scalable, fault-tolerant systems while ensuring modularity and ease of future maintenance.
- Effectively communicated technical challenges and progress to international stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
- Guided new engineers through the technical onboarding process, providing comprehensive documentation, mentoring, and hands-on support.
- Helped along the recruitment process, conducting technical interviews.
- Assisted and implemented an event-driven architecture to decouple services, enabling real-time communication and data processing across multiple services using message brokers like Kafka and Avro.

DevOps Internship
As a DevOps Intern, I was in charge of the challenge project of migration from VM-oriented IT to a SOTA containerized environment, based under some container orchestration tool, i.e. RedHat or Rancher.
- Conducted in-depth research and comparative analysis of various container orchestration tools. Evaluated their suitability based on scalability and ease of integration with existing infrastructure, ultimately recommending the best solution to optimize system performance.
- Developed strong communication skills by presenting findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical clients.

My role of pre-sale was to rapidly build atractive proof of concepts for the client, resulting in partnerships and strong professional bonds. In my stay at IBM I had the opportunity to work side-by-side with three of the biggest enterprises in Chile as clients to develop products of their needs
- Mastered the ability to distill complex technical concepts into clear, understandable language for non-technical stakeholders. This skill was essential in building client confidence, ensuring alignment on solutions, and bridging the gap between technical teams and business leaders.

One of the selected students by IBM to be 'accelerated' by their professionals in different areas, in which involved work with Data Scientists, Software Engineers, Data Architects and Cloud Engineers. Gaining transversal abilities regarding to technology.

Software Engineer
My experience as a SRE in Peregrine Telemetry was about maintaining an Event-Driven IoT System, display its data in dashboards and notify clients based on business rules for an amount of conditions based on statistical metrics.
- Ensured that the Service Level Indicators (SLIs) consistently met the Service Level Agreements (SLAs) by actively monitoring system performance, identifying potential bottlenecks, and implementing proactive measures.
- Acted as a representative of the company, engaging directly with clients to provide updates, address concerns, and communicate system performance and incident resolutions.

Hardware & IoT Engineer
My career exceeled the expectatives over the work I did, so I got promoted to manage the IoT systems, the IoT hardware implementation and the design of in-house dataloggers, based on the Chilean climatology and its challenges.
- Conducted hands-on work in diverse agricultural environments, installing and configuring IoT measurement devices. Ensured accurate data collection by adapting hardware to the unique climatic conditions.
- Led cross-functional teams in the development and implementation of IoT solutions, working closely with electrical, mechanical, and software engineers. Coordinated efforts to design and deploy custom in-house dataloggers that aligned with the specific needs of the agricultural sector, ensuring seamless integration between hardware and technology systems.
